Stephanie is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN), Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Certified Pilates Instructor (mat & reformer), and Bachelor of Kinesiology (BKIN) graduate. With over 8 years of experience in fitness and holistic health, she’s passionate about helping individuals feel their best—physically and mentally. Her integrative method weaves together nutrition, strength training, and Pilates to create sustainable, transformative results—so you can feel your strongest and most confident, inside and out.
