About Stephanie
Hi, I’m Stephanie — Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN), Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Pilates Instructor (mat & reformer), and Kinesiology graduate (BKIN). With over eight years of professional experience in holistic health and movement, I'm passionate about helping individuals achieve vibrant, lasting well-being—inside and out. My approach blends the transformative power of strength training, Pilates, and evidence-based nutrition to support the body in a truly integrative way.

My journey into health and fitness began much like many of my clients’: believing that more was always better. I pushed harder, trained longer, under-nourished, and ignored the signals my body was desperately trying to give me. Eventually, it caught up with me. Chronic fatigue, gut issues, hormone imbalances, and anxiety became my new normal—until I finally realized that sustainable health could never come from extremes.

That experience shifted everything. I learned that real wellness is rooted in balance: nourishing your body, supporting your hormones, building functional strength, and calming your nervous system. And that’s the foundation of the work I do today.

Over the years, I’ve helped countless clients lose weight in a sustainable way, heal their gut and digestion, balance their hormones, build strength and confidence, and reclaim their energy through a combination of strength training, Pilates, personalized nutrition, and practical lifestyle strategies.
