About Stephanie

Hi, I’m Stephanie—a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN), Natural Nutrition Clinical Practitioner (NNCP), Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), and Kinesiology graduate (BKIN). With over 6 years of professional experience, I’m passionate about helping individuals achieve vibrant, lasting health—inside and out—through a holistic approach that blends the transformative power of movement and nutrition.

My journey into health and fitness started like many others: believing that pushing harder was the key to success. I over-exercised, undernourished, and stressed myself to the point where my body started working against me. Eventually, I hit a wall—chronic fatigue, gut issues, hormone imbalances, and anxiety left me burnt out and unable to manage the demands of daily life.

That’s when I realized the path to true health isn’t about extremes—it’s about balance. This realization led me to adopt a holistic approach that prioritizes both physical and mental well-being. Today, I’m dedicated to helping my clients find that same balance. Over the years, I’ve helped many clients lose weight, balance their hormones, improve gut health, and reclaim energy through tailored personal training, personalized nutrition plans, and effective stress management strategies.
