Before your initial consultation, you will fill out a comprehensive Intake and Health Questionnaire. During our first meeting, we will delve into the details of this questionnaire, exploring your current health concerns, symptoms, diet, exercise, sleep, stress, medical history, and much more.

 

Throughout this process, we'll embark on a journey to uncover the underlying imbalances and set you on a path to holistic well-being.

Personalized Health Plan + Delivery Session

During this session, you will be presented with your Personalized Health Plan. This plan will encompass a tailored diet, supplement, and lifestyle protocol, all aligned with your current health goals. I will guide you through every facet of this plan and address any questions you might have, ensuring that you leave the session with a sense of confidence and empowerment to integrate these new habits into your routine. Your plan will be securely accessible through our client portal for your convenience

Follow-Up Sessions 

Follow-Up Sessions are designed to offer continuous support, ongoing education, and a strong sense of accountability. During these sessions, we will delve into your current progress and any new or evolving health goals you may have. We will be ready to make additional recommendations and adjustments to your Personalized Health Plan as necessary, ensuring your journey towards vibrant well-being remains dynamic and responsive to your needs.

  • Do you offer payment plans?
    Yes! Monthly payment plans are offered for all one-on-one nutrition counselling programs. Personal training packages are also available with monthly billing, based on your selected training frequency per week.
  • Are your services covered by insurance?
    As a Natural Nutrition Clinical Practitioner (NNCP), the nutrition counselling services I provide are covered through Manulife, iA Financial Group, GreenShield Canada, Equitable Life Insurance, Claim Secure Inc., Blue Cross Alberta, and personal spending accounts via Sunlife. If you're unsure about coverage eligibility, reach out to your insurance provider to see if "nutrition counselling" is included in your policy.
  • My nutrition program length is over, can we keep working together?
    Yes, we can definitely continue working together after the program ends! Many clients choose to extend their support to maintain their progress or dive deeper into new health goals. I offer ongoing coaching and follow-up sessions to ensure you continue feeling your best and stay on track with your health goals. We'll tailor any future plans to fit your evolving needs.
  • How quickly will I see results?
    Results vary depending on your individual health goals and body, but many clients begin to notice improvements in energy levels, digestion, and overall well-being by the 2-week mark. Sustainable, long-term changes will come with continued implementation of your personalized plan and the development of healthy habits, much like planting a seed and nurturing it over time—it takes consistent care to see it flourish and grow strong.
  • Are sessions virtual or in-person?
    Sessions are offered both virtually and in-person. Nutrition counselling is mainly provided virtually, but in-person appointments are available at Life Studio located in North Vancouver, BC. Personal training is primarily offered in-person at Life Studio, though virtual training sessions are also available for those who prefer to train remotely or are outside the local area.
  • Can I combine personal training and nutrition counselling?
    Absolutely! Combining personal training with personalized nutrition counselling offers a comprehensive approach to achieving your health and fitness goals. We’ll design a plan that integrates both, ensuring all aspects of your wellness are supported.
  • What's the difference between holistic nutrition and conventional nutrition?
    Holistic nutrition focuses on the whole person—mind, body, and lifestyle—taking into account not only diet but also emotional, physical, and environmental factors to support overall well-being. Traditional nutrition often emphasizes calorie counting and macronutrient balance, whereas holistic nutrition looks deeper into nutrient quality, digestive and hormone health, and the root causes of health issues to promote sustainable, long-term health.
  • I'm new to fitness can I still train with you?
    Definitely! My personal training sessions are tailored to your fitness level, meeting you right where you are. I'll guide you step-by-step, creating a personalized plan that meets your current abilities and helps you build strength, confidence, and progress safely toward your goals. Whether you’re just starting out or are a seasoned fitness enthusiast, I’ll be with you every step of the way!

    I’m a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN), Natural Nutrition Clinical Practitioner (NNCP), Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Certified Mat Pilates Instructor, and hold a Bachelor of Kinesiology. With over 6 years of professional experience, I specialize in both nutrition and fitness, ensuring a comprehensive, expert-guided approach to your health.

    My expertise includes holistic weight-loss, gut/digestive health, hormone balance, and stress management, using an integrative approach to help clients achieve sustainable, long-term results. In the gym, I focus on strength training, functional movement, deep core activation, mobility, and enhancing overall aesthetics for a balanced, functional, and fit physique.
