Do you offer payment plans?Yes! Monthly payment plans are offered for all one-on-one nutrition counselling programs. Personal training packages are also available with monthly billing, based on your selected training frequency per week.

Are your services covered by insurance?As a Natural Nutrition Clinical Practitioner (NNCP), the nutrition counselling services I provide are covered through Manulife, iA Financial Group, GreenShield Canada, Equitable Life Insurance, Claim Secure Inc., Blue Cross Alberta, and personal spending accounts via Sunlife. If you're unsure about coverage eligibility, reach out to your insurance provider to see if "nutrition counselling" is included in your policy.

My nutrition program length is over, can we keep working together?Yes, we can definitely continue working together after the program ends! Many clients choose to extend their support to maintain their progress or dive deeper into new health goals. I offer ongoing coaching and follow-up sessions to ensure you continue feeling your best and stay on track with your health goals. We'll tailor any future plans to fit your evolving needs.

How quickly will I see results?Results vary depending on your individual health goals and body, but many clients begin to notice improvements in energy levels, digestion, and overall well-being by the 2-week mark. Are sessions virtual or in-person?Sessions are offered both virtually and in-person. Nutrition counselling is mainly provided virtually, but in-person appointments are available at Life Studio located in North Vancouver, BC. Personal training is primarily offered in-person at Life Studio, though virtual training sessions are also available for those who prefer to train remotely or are outside the local area.
